Catherine Legault

There Goes My Childhood is Catherine’s third collaboration with Picture This Productions. A Montreal-based filmmaker and editor, she holds a degree in Film Production from Concordia University and has spent over twenty years editing award-winning films that have screened internationally in theatres, at major festivals, and on television. Catherine is the recipient of two Gémeaux Awards and won the Iris Award for Best Documentary Editing at the Gala Québec Cinéma. In addition to her extensive post-production career, she’s directed two of her own feature documentaries, hosts the podcast L’art du montage (The Art of Editing) and teaches at INIS (Institut national de l’image et du son).
