Qamar Jalalabadi

Om Prakash Bhandari, better known by nom-de-plume Qamar Jalalabadi, was an Indian poet and lyricist, story writer, screenwriter and dialogue writer of Hindi movies. He composed the title track of the popular television serial Vikram Aur Betaal.
