Mike Peixoto is a screenwriter and director of the short films Estupor (2019) and Ar-dor (2026). He is a university professor and audiovisual researcher focusing on film language and aesthetic theory. He holds a PhD from Universidade de Brasília with a dissertation on contemporary film authorship.
